Payment, Refund & Billing Policy

This Payment, Refund & Billing Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, billing, and services offered through OnePageDepot.com.
OnePageDepot is a website and service platform owned and operated by Artech Concepts ("Artech Concepts," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
All purchases, invoices, billing, payment processing, customer support, and contractual obligations are administered by Artech Concepts.
Business Identity
OnePageDepot is a trade name and service brand operated by Artech Concepts.
Customers purchasing services through OnePageDepot enter into a contractual relationship with Artech Concepts.
References in this Policy to "OnePageDepot," "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refer collectively to Artech Concepts and its OnePageDepot platform.
1. Payment Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before work begins.
No design work, development, or publishing services will commence until payment has been successfully received and verified.
Payments may be processed under the name Artech Concepts or another authorized payment descriptor designated by the Company.
Invoices, receipts, billing records, and financial transactions may reference Artech Concepts rather than OnePageDepot.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We may accept payments through approved third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
Credit Cards
Debit Cards
PayPal
Stripe
Other authorized payment processors
Customers are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their financial institution.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Price changes do not affect services that have already been purchased and paid in full.
4. One-Time Website Fee
The initial purchase price covers the professional design, setup, and publication of one (1) website through the OnePageDepot platform operated by Artech Concepts.
5. Annual Platform Connection & Hosting Fee
Beginning in the second (2nd) year, customers who wish to keep their website active on the OnePageDepot platform must pay an Annual Platform Connection & Hosting Fee of US $35.00.
This annual fee covers continued hosting, SSL certificate maintenance, platform connectivity, assigned subdomain, infrastructure maintenance, and basic platform services.
Failure to renew may result in suspension or permanent removal of the website.
6. Renewal Notices
As a courtesy, OnePageDepot may send renewal reminders before the annual renewal date.
However, customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that renewal payments are made on time.
Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the customer's payment obligation.
Renewal notices may be sent by Artech Concepts on behalf of the OnePageDepot platform.
7. Late Renewals
If the Annual Connection Fee is not received by the renewal date, OnePageDepot may:
Suspend website access
Disable the assigned subdomain
Remove the published website
Archive website files
Permanently delete inactive websites after a reasonable period
Website restoration after suspension is not guaranteed and may require additional restoration fees.
8. Refund Policy
Because every website is custom-built specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued after:
Work has begun.
Content has been reviewed.
Design work has started.
A website has been published.
Digital services have been delivered.
Customer revisions have been performed.
Refund determinations are made exclusively by Artech Concepts in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
9. Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel a project before work begins.
If design work, content preparation, or project setup has already started, OnePageDepot reserves the right to retain all payments received.
10. Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered or substantially performed.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid legal justification, OnePageDepot reserves the right to:
Suspend all services
Remove published websites
Disable subdomains
Deny future services
Pursue recovery of unpaid amounts, collection costs, attorney's fees, and any applicable legal remedies.
Customers initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may become permanently ineligible to purchase future services from Artech Concepts or any of its affiliated brands.
11. Abandoned Projects
Projects with no customer response for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned projects may be closed without refund.
Reactivation may require additional fees.
12. Additional Services
The following services are not included in the standard website package unless specifically purchased:
Additional revisions
New sections
Content rewriting
Logo design
Branding
Custom graphics
E-commerce
Appointment systems
Booking systems
Membership systems
Advanced SEO
Custom programming
API integrations
Additional languages
Domain registration
Email setup
Ongoing maintenance
Additional work will be quoted separately.
13. Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, governmental fees, or similar charges required by law.
14. Promotional Pricing
Special offers, promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time sales may not be combined unless expressly stated.
OnePageDepot reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
15. Billing Errors
Customers should notify Artech Concepts within thirty (30) days regarding any billing discrepancies.
16. Suspension for Non-Payment
Artech Concepts reserves the right to suspend, archive, or remove websites published through the OnePageDepot platform for non-payment.
Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended without prior notice.
During suspension, customers may lose access to:
Website availability
Subdomain connection
Customer support
Future updates
Additional services
Service may be restored only after all outstanding balances have been paid.
17. No Ownership Transfer
Payment for the initial website does not transfer ownership of the OnePageDepot domain, platform, hosting infrastructure, templates, or proprietary systems.
Customers receive only the rights specifically described in the applicable service agreement.
18. Policy Changes
OnePageDepot reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Acceptance
