This Service Policies & Operational Guidelines document establishes the operational rules governing services offered through OnePageDepot.com ("OnePageDepot"), a website and service platform owned and operated by Artech Concepts ("Artech Concepts," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
These policies are incorporated into our Terms & Conditions and apply to all services provided by Artech Concepts through the OnePageDepot platform.
Business Identity
OnePageDepot is a specialized website service platform owned and operated by Artech Concepts.
OnePageDepot is a marketing brand and does not constitute a separate legal entity.
All customer relationships, invoices, billing, contracts, customer support, and legal responsibilities are administered by Artech Concepts.
1. Service Scope
Artech Concepts, through the OnePageDepot platform, offers professionally designed one-page business websites intended to provide an affordable online presence for small businesses.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard package includes:
One professionally designed single-page website
Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Hosting on the OnePageDepot platform
SSL security certificate
Basic website publishing
Contact form (when applicable)
Basic content formatting
Basic on-page SEO setup
Business information sections
Contact buttons
Social media links
One assigned subdomain under OnePageDepot
The following services are NOT included unless separately purchased:
E-commerce
Online payment processing
Appointment scheduling systems
Membership portals
Customer account systems
Blogs
Custom programming
API integrations
Databases
CRM integrations
Email marketing
Advanced SEO campaigns
Google Ads management
Social media management
Logo design
Branding
Professional copywriting
Photography
Video production
Translation services
Ongoing content updates
Custom domain registration
Business email setup
2. Delivery Policy
Our goal is to complete eligible projects within approximately seventy-two (72) hours.
The delivery period begins only after all required items have been received, including:
Full payment
Business information
Logo
Images
Written content
Contact information
Required approvals
The delivery timeline pauses whenever we are waiting for customer information or approvals.
The delivery estimate restarts if the customer requests significant changes after work has begun.
Weekends, holidays, force majeure events, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control are excluded from the delivery estimate.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The seventy-two (72) hour delivery objective applies only to standard OnePageDepot website packages.
Projects requiring additional functionality, customer-requested modifications, third-party integrations, or custom development may require additional production time.
3. Revision Policy
Each package includes only the number of revisions advertised at the time of purchase.
A revision consists of reasonable edits to existing content.
The following are considered additional work rather than revisions:
Complete redesigns
New layouts
New sections
New pages
Additional functionality
New branding
Logo redesign
Significant content replacement
New business information submitted after approval
Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
The seventy-two (72) hour delivery objective applies only to standard OnePageDepot website packages.
Projects requiring additional functionality, customer-requested modifications, third-party integrations, or custom development may require additional production time.
4. Domain & Subdomain Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all websites are published under the OnePageDepot platform.
Examples include:
yourbusiness.onepagedepot.com
onepagedepot.com/yourbusiness
The OnePageDepot domain, all subdomains, and all associated infrastructure remain the exclusive property of OnePageDepot.
Customers receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the assigned subdomain while their service remains active.
Customers do not acquire ownership of:
OnePageDepot.com
Any OnePageDepot subdomain
Platform infrastructure
Hosting environment
SSL certificates
Platform software
Beginning in the second year, continued publication under the OnePageDepot platform requires payment of the Annual Platform Connection & Hosting Fee.
Failure to renew may result in suspension or permanent removal of the website.
The assigned OnePageDepot subdomain is provided solely for the duration of the customer's active service.
OnePageDepot reserves the right to modify subdomain structures, URLs, technical configurations, or platform architecture whenever reasonably necessary for operational, security, or technical purposes.
5. Annual Platform Connection & Hosting Fee
The first year of hosting is included with the initial website purchase unless otherwise stated.
Beginning in the second year, an annual fee of US $35.00 is required to maintain:
Website hosting
SSL certificate
Platform connection
Assigned subdomain
Security maintenance
Basic infrastructure services
Failure to renew may result in suspension or removal of the website.
This annual fee is non-refundable.
The Annual Platform Connection & Hosting Fee is intended solely to maintain continued publication of the customer's website on the OnePageDepot platform.
This fee does not include content updates, redesigns, new features, marketing services, or additional revisions.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use OnePageDepot to publish, distribute, promote, or facilitate:
Illegal activities
Fraud
Copyright infringement
Trademark infringement
Malware
Phishing
Spam
Adult content
Child exploitation
Hate speech
Terrorism
Illegal gambling
Illegal drug sales
Counterfeit goods
Weapons prohibited by law
Defamatory content
False advertising
Any activity that violates applicable laws
OnePageDepot may immediately suspend or permanently remove any website that violates this policy.
7. Intellectual Property Policy
Customers retain ownership of the content they provide, including:
Logos
Images
Written content
Trademarks
Business information
OnePageDepot retains exclusive ownership of:
Website templates
Source code
Design systems
Visual layouts
Proprietary workflows
Graphics created by OnePageDepot
Internal software
Reusable components
Platform infrastructure
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of OnePageDepot's intellectual property.
8. Support Policy
Standard support includes reasonable assistance related to:
Website availability
Basic technical issues
Annual renewals
Platform-related questions
Support does not include:
Website redesign
Content updates
Graphic design
Marketing
SEO consulting
Business consulting
New features
Customer training
Support is provided during normal business hours.
Standard support is limited to reasonable technical assistance regarding platform availability and basic operational questions.
Support does not include website modifications, content editing, graphic design, search engine optimization, marketing, business consulting, or software training.
Requests outside the scope of standard support may be quoted as additional services.
9. Accessibility Statement
OnePageDepot makes reasonable efforts to design websites using generally accepted accessibility practices.
However, unless specifically contracted, our standard service does not guarantee compliance with:
ADA
WCAG
Section 508
International accessibility standards
Businesses remain solely responsible for determining their own legal accessibility obligations.
10. Security Policy
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect our platform.
However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
OnePageDepot does not guarantee protection against:
Cyber attacks
Malware
Internet outages
Data interception
Third-party failures
Force majeure events
Customers are encouraged to maintain independent copies of their business materials.
Accessibility evaluations, remediation services, or legal compliance reviews are available only as separately contracted services through Artech Concepts.
11. Disclaimer
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

• Google indexing
• Customer inquiries
• Lead generation
• Revenue
• Conversion rates
• Marketing performance
• Search engine optimization results
• Website traffic
• Business growth
• Compatibility with future technologies
• Continuous service availability
12. Cancellation & Suspension Policy
OnePageDepot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service if a customer:
Violates our policies
Fails to make required payments
Provides unlawful content
Abuses our staff
Uses the platform fraudulently
Violates intellectual property rights
Termination does not entitle the customer to any refund.
The Company may remove any website that remains inactive, abandoned, or in violation of Company policies without further obligation to preserve website files.
13. Force Majeure
OnePageDepot shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Fire
Flood
Earthquake
Pandemic
War
Government action
Internet outages
Cybersecurity incidents
Utility failures
Third-party service interruptions
This includes interruptions affecting Wix, hosting providers, domain providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, and other third-party vendors upon which our services depend.
14. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
OnePageDepot respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe copyrighted material has been published without authorization, please contact us with:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may investigate and remove the reported content as required by applicable law.
OnePageDepot may remove allegedly infringing material while an investigation is pending.
15. What You Are Purchasing
Customers are purchasing a professional website design service provided by Artech Concepts through its OnePageDepot platform.
Customers receive a professionally designed one-page website together with a limited license to publish that website on the OnePageDepot platform.
Customers are not purchasing ownership of the platform, hosting environment, OnePageDepot domain, assigned subdomains, proprietary templates, software, or reusable design systems owned by Artech Concepts, you are purchasing:
A professionally designed one-page website
Publication on the OnePageDepot platform
Hosting during the included service period
A limited license to use an assigned OnePageDepot subdomain
Professional setup and deployment
You are not purchasing:
Ownership of OnePageDepot.com
Ownership of any OnePageDepot subdomain
Ownership of our templates
Source code
Platform software
A custom-developed website
Unlimited revisions
Unlimited support
Lifetime hosting
Lifetime updates
Guaranteed business results
16. Legal Acceptance
By purchasing, using, or accessing any service provided by OnePageDepot, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to:

These documents collectively constitute the complete operational policies governing the use of OnePageDepot services.

Service Modifications
Artech Concepts reserves the right to improve, modify, discontinue, replace, or update any feature, package, pricing, platform functionality, service offering, or operational process related to the OnePageDepot platform at any time.
Such modifications shall not affect completed services already delivered unless required for security, legal compliance, or operational necessity.
Platform Migration
Artech Concepts reserves the right to migrate customer websites to newer versions of the OnePageDepot platform or to equivalent hosting infrastructure whenever reasonably necessary for operational efficiency, security, maintenance, or technological improvements.
Such migrations shall not create any ownership rights in the underlying platform or hosting environment.
