OnePageDepot is a trade name and service brand of Artech Concepts. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the OnePageDepot platform and all services provided by Artech Concepts through this website.

By accessing our website, purchasing our services, submitting content, or using any website published by OnePageDepot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of a business or organization.

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

Artech Concepts, through its OnePageDepot platform, provides affordable professionally designed one-page business websites and related digital services.

Services may include:

One-page website design
Mobile-friendly layout
Hosting under the OnePageDepot platform
Contact forms
Basic content formatting
Basic search engine optimization
SSL security
Website publishing
Limited revisions, depending on the selected package

Services not specifically listed as included are not part of the standard package.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to:

Business name
Contact information
Logo
Images
Written content
Service descriptions
Pricing
Business hours
Legal information
Social media links

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted materials.

4. Delivery Time

Our standard goal is to deliver completed websites within approximately seventy-two (72) hours.

The delivery period begins only after all of the following have been received:

Full payment
Complete project information
Logos
Images
Written content
Required approvals

The seventy-two-hour estimate does not include delays caused by:

Missing information
Customer revisions
Additional requests
Weekends
Holidays
Technical issues outside our control

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions specifically described at the time of purchase.

A revision refers to reasonable adjustments to existing content.

The following are not considered revisions:

New sections
Additional services
Complete redesigns
New layouts
Replacement of most content
New branding
New logos
Major structural changes

Additional work may require additional fees.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects may be suspended until payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, or payment processing charges required by law.

Payments may be processed under the name Artech Concepts or another authorized payment descriptor designated by the Company.

Customers acknowledge that payment records, invoices, and financial transactions may reference Artech Concepts rather than OnePageDepot.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital design services, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued after:

Design work has begun
Content has been reviewed
A website has been created
A website has been published
Digital files have been delivered

If a customer chooses to discontinue a project after work has started, any payments made remain non-refundable.

Refund determinations are made solely by Artech Concepts in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Payment, Refund & Billing Policy.

8. Abandoned Projects

If a customer fails to respond or provide required information for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, the project may be considered abandoned.

OnePageDepot reserves the right to close the project without refund.

Reactivation may require additional fees.

9. Subdomains

The standard OnePageDepot service is published under a OnePageDepot subdomain.

Examples include:

yourbusiness.onepagedepot.com

onepagedepot.com/yourbusiness

The OnePageDepot domain remains the exclusive property of OnePageDepot.

Customers receive only a limited, revocable license to use the assigned subdomain while their service remains active.

Customers acquire no ownership rights in the OnePageDepot domain or any related subdomains.

10. Custom Domains

Custom domain connections may be available through upgraded service packages.

Additional fees may apply.

Domain registration, renewals, DNS configuration, and related services may require separate agreements.

11. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of the content they submit.

By submitting content, customers grant OnePageDepot a non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, publish, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials.

12. Intellectual Property

All website templates, layouts, graphics, design systems, source files, coding methods, proprietary workflows, branding concepts, and reusable components developed by OnePageDepot remain the exclusive property of OnePageDepot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers receive a license to use the completed website but do not acquire ownership of our proprietary design systems or reusable assets.

13. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use OnePageDepot services to publish or promote:

Illegal activities
Copyright infringement
Trademark infringement
Fraudulent content
Malware
Phishing
Spam
Adult content
Hate speech
Terrorism
Violence
Illegal drugs
Illegal gambling
Content that violates applicable laws

OnePageDepot reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of this policy.

14. Third-Party Services

Our websites may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, mapping services, analytics providers, social media platforms, or other software.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, privacy practices, or policies of third-party providers.

15. No Guarantee of Business Results

OnePageDepot does not guarantee:

Increased sales
More customers
Higher search rankings
Search engine indexing
Lead generation
Revenue growth
Marketing performance
Website traffic
Business success

Website performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control.

16. Service Availability

Although we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, hosting platform, or customer websites.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnePageDepot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Lost data
Business interruption
Reputation damage
Revenue loss
Website downtime

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnePageDepot, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Customer-provided content
Copyright claims
Trademark disputes
False advertising
Defamation
Violations of law
Misuse of the website

19. Suspension and Termination

Artech Concepts reserves the right to suspend or terminate any website or service offered through the OnePageDepot platform at its sole discretion if a customer:

Violates these Terms
Fails to make required payments
Uses the service unlawfully
Engages in abusive behavior toward our staff
Publishes prohibited content

Termination does not entitle the customer to a refund.

20. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the customer and Artech Concepts.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on OnePageDepot.com, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and OnePageDepot regarding the use of our services.
